Make a Payment

The Client hereby confirms that they have thoroughly reviewed and understood the terms of the contract, including the detailed breakdown of charges as presented by the Service Provider. The Client affirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the itemized charges are true, correct, and accurately reflect the services agreed upon. Additionally, the Client acknowledges that they have received the services as described in the contract and that these services are deemed acceptable and in accordance with the agreed-upon standards and requirements. The Client agrees that all fees invoiced by the Service Provider are fair, necessary, and reasonable in consideration of the services provided. By proceeding with payment, the Client signifies their full acceptance of these charges and the services rendered, and waives any future claims or disputes related to the fees, the quality of work, or the performance of the services as per the contract. This Clause becomes effective upon the Client's execution of the payment, which shall serve as their conclusive and binding confirmation of the satisfactory receipt and acceptance of services and agreement to the fees as stated herein.
